Cancellation Policy
All CHEMICAL SERVICES:
Cancellations within 24-48 hours will require a 50%* non-refundable cancellation fee.
Cancellations under 24 hours will require a 100%* non-refundable cancellation fee.
HAIRCUT / STYLING SERVICES:
Cancellations within 24 hours will require a 75%* cancellation fee.
ANY NO-SHOW WILL REQUIRE 100%* CANCELLATION FEE & 50%* DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR NEXT APPOINTMENT TO BE SCHEDULED.
